What Is a Brazilian Wax?

A Brazilian wax removes hair from the front, sides, and back — completely, or with a small strip or triangle left if you prefer. It's the most thorough waxing option and results typically last 3–4 weeks.

Why Hard Wax Makes the Difference

We use premium hard wax on all Brazilian waxes. Unlike strip wax, hard wax adheres only to the hair — not the surrounding skin — making it significantly gentler and less painful, especially in sensitive areas. Most clients are surprised at how manageable it is.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

• Don't shave for 2–3 weeks beforehand — hair needs to be about ¼ inch long
• Your appointment takes approximately 30 minutes
• We cleanse the area, apply hard wax in sections, and remove quickly
• Avoid hot baths, saunas, and tight clothing for 24 hours after
• Exfoliate gently starting 48–72 hours post-wax to prevent ingrown hairs
